Brahma Vidya :

You have studied so many sciences, physiology, psychology, biology, zoology – so many ologies.

But you have not studied this science of science.

It is only Brahma Vidya which can make you a real hero.

A study of this science should go hand in hand with your college studies.

You must sow the spiritual seed when you are young.

When you advance in age, you will not be able to sit in one Asana longer, at least for fifteen minutes or half an hour.

This will give you strength, equipoise, balanced and calmness of mind.
