Bhagavad-gita :Sri Krishna & Ramayanam : Sri Raman :-

1.

In the Bhagavad-gita, Sri Krishna describes how the three types of persons, with three different visions live in the world.

a). A person with a sattvika vision lives in bliss and freedom because he/she perceives the oneness of things and beings and therefore, the heart is filled with love for all.

b). The rajasika person is constantly struggling as he/she sees differences, which create divisions, likes and dislikes in the mind.

c). The tamasika person lives in bondage, taking the part for the whole and getting fanatically attached to one little thing

2.

Rama Raksha Stotra has a lovely verse which means, ‘I salute that Sri Rama on whose left side is Sitaji and on the right is Lakshmana and in the front sits Hanumanji’.

Sri Rama symbolizes : 1. knowledge and discrimination, Sitaji : - 2. devotion,  Lakshmana : -3. dispassion and Hanumanji : - 4. selfless service.

When  all ( above ) four qualities reside in our heart, we are progressing.

3.

Spirituality should not remain an activity.

It should become one’s life, effortless and natural, like breathing.

It should become one’s very nature and vision.
