You yourself make, by the power of your thought, your destiny.

You can undo it if you like.

 All faculties, energies and powers are latent in you.

Unfold them, and become free and great.

 Self-sacrifice and renunciation will lead a person to nobler and higher spiritual pursuits and take him to the pinnacle of spiritual glory and to the ultimate goal of realisation of the Self.

 Find peace within at first through discipline and meditation, and then disseminate peace outside, in the world.

Peace is the divine flame that is fed by the fuel of pure love. Love alone can bring peace on this earth.

3.
Within you is the hidden God.

 Within you is the Immortal Soul.

Within you is the inexhaustible Spiritual Treasure.

Within you is the fount of Joy and Happiness. Within you is the ocean of Bliss.

Look within for this happiness which you have sought in vain in the perishable sensual objects.

Rest peacefully in your own Atman (Self) and drink the nectar of Immortality.
