1. Kali Yugam 2. Bhakti 3. A Tool in His Hand : -

1. Kali Yugam :

For the Kali Yuga the path of bhakti is especially good.

One can realize God through bhakti too.

As long as one is conscious of the body, one is also conscious of objects.

Form, taste, smell, sound, and touch-these are the objects.

It is extremely difficult to get rid of the consciousness of objects.

And one cannot realize 'I am He' as long as one is aware of objects.

2. Bhakti :

Bhakti is the one essential thing.

To be sure, God exists in all beings.

Who, then, is a devotee?

He whose mind dwells on God.

But this is not possible as long as one has egotism and vanity.

The water of God's grace cannot collect on the high mound of egotism.

It runs down. I am a mere machine.

3. A Tool in His Hand :

A person who is convinced that everything is done by the will of God, feels himself to be a mere tool in His hands. He is then free from all bondage even in this very life. "Thou doest Thy work, Lord; but man says, 'I do it'!"
