Never lose faith in yourself :

When Circumstances sometimes go against us rather than in our favour we tend to get angry,upset , jealous or dissatisfied . Often it becomes a process that wastes our energies and leaves us exhausted, without achieving a true solution.It is possible to live through situations without them causing such an emotional energy loss. That does not mean that we become cold and insensitive to what happens around us. It is a question of living through situations without drowning into them. If we drown ourselves in them we won't be able to help others or ourselves.


Happiness is lost when there is sometimes loss of hope and doubts whether we will be able to succeed in changing ourselves or not. Also, when we see others around us who are perfect in many ways, we could experience an inferiority complex and our self esteem is reduced. In such cases, it is wise to be extremely patient and keep traveling on the path of self-change with determination and happiness, without getting tired.


The process of true self-identification is not a renunciation or avoidance of the way the outer world is but it is a healing process for your inner world. It is an internal correction process of identification, whereby you rediscover your true self as a complete being full of positive emotions that you always were and you start identifying with it, doing which very easily helps you let go of the wrong identifications.


Live life to the fullest and enjoy it but not at the cost of giving up values. Let every person whom you come in contact with, feel you are different not only in terms of personality and skills but also in terms of your basic nature and the virtues or qualities you possess. Then the world will become a beautiful place to live in and we will be like one big family closely knit together in a bond of pure love and happiness.


Try giving a good wish to every person you meet in the day for one week and you will see how all your relationships with people become more beautiful and how everyone around you start becoming better individuals and make life worth living.


When we hear a harsh word , we let it grind into our consciousness. The remedy is to bring in another thought. The remedy for a weakening thought is to think the opposite thought, overcome evil by good.


Our moods and feelings are only momentary - they come and go, being fleeting in nature, therefore we must try to endure them and look upon them as a witness. Never tear down your peace and happiness unnecessarily. Never lose faith in yourself.
