Lord :

When any sensuous thoughts,

regrets,

agitations,

loneliness,

fear,

sorrows,

sadness,

and so on reach your bosom,

disassociate yourself from them -

do non-violent non-cooperation.

This is successful only

when you ‘violently’ cooperate with Him

and His divine qualities
