Meditataion :



Meditation is like sleep but not sleep.

Meditation is relaxing deeply.

If you are concentrating on a problem then you are not relaxing.

You just let go.

When the mind is blank that state is called Meditation.


We should not ask what the meaning of life is .

Rather, we should recognize that it is Life which asks us this question.

The only answer we have for this are our thoughts and actions during this very Life for which we and only we are Responsible.

This responsibility is the very essence of human existence.
