Satsangam:
Someone asked Swamiji at satsang:
“Does Brahmam do anything?”
Swamiji’s response was more than a simple yes or no:
“We look at the sun and say that the sun is shining.
So we put doership on the sun.
But what does the sun say?
If anything, it says merely, ‘I am.’
That’s all.”
At the end of a satsang,
Gurudev was getting up to leave when someone asked him,
“Swamiji, when Vedanta is so marvelous to the human ear, why are so few people attracted to it?”
Swamiji answered, “PhDs are not for the many.”
