The basic human nature is "Karuna" (compassion).

One should have abundance compassion in order to have a very good understanding.

With compassion one can easily drive away all negativity.

Compassion a breeds compassion and hence fraternity is developed.

Such a person with compassion alone can elevate himself to the state of a superior soul.
